Returning your headset is simple and free. Here’s all you need to know:

Halo Warranty

Your Halo headset comes with a 12-month hardware warranty from the date of purchase. If there’s a defect, we’ll repair or replace your device at no extra cost. The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Halo or an authorized retailer, and it doesn’t cover loss, misuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
