If you are not satisfied with your Halo headset for any reason, you can return it under our 60-day money-back guarantee and receive a full refund.

Returning your headset is simple and free. Here’s all you need to know:

  • Submit your return request within 60 days of your headset being shipped. If you encounter any issues processing a return via the form below - please contact support@haloneuroscience.com
  • Print out the prepaid label and drop off the return at a UPS point or arrange a collection.
  • Your refund will be automatically processed within approximately 3 business days after we receive your returned headset.

Halo Warranty

Your Halo headset comes with a 12-month hardware warranty from the date of purchase. If there’s a defect, we’ll repair or replace your device at no extra cost.

The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Halo or an authorized retailer, and it doesn’t cover loss, misuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
